Packaging Process:
Product Inspection and Quality Control:
Each  chew undergoes a rigorous inspection process to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Chews are carefully checked for defects, contamination, and cleanliness. All products are measured to confirm they meet the required size and weight specifications and are free from debris or foreign particles. Additionally, every chew passes through a metal detector to ensure there are no metal contaminants.

Proper Packaging Materials:

Our chews are packaged in premium boxes to ensure freshness, safety, and optimal protection during transit and storage. Each unit is clearly labeled with key details, including the product name, ingredients, expiration date, and regulatory information.

Labeling and Documentation:

• Product Labels: All labels are designed to be clearly visible and compliance with the regulations of the  origin and destination country.
• Shipping Labels: Each shipment includes accurate shipping information, consignee details, handling instructions, and other necessary labels required by the importing country.

Storage Conditions:
Packed boxes of chews are stored in a cool, dry environment to maintain their quality and prevent degradation. The storage facility adheres to strict food safety standards to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination.

Dispatching the Chews to the Destination:
Once packaging is completed, the chews and all accompanying documentation are handed over to the freight forwarder for secure shipment to the destination.
